Job Description
The Project Manager will build strong client relationships and manage projects for Japanese and local corporate clients. Responsibilities include utilizing expertise in production (websites, SNS operations, creative, SEO strategies) and online advertising to identify and address client challenges, contributing to their business success. The role involves coordinating resources within the group's offices, developing strategic operational plans, and balancing client expectations with creative deliverables. The manager will also plan campaigns and drive business growth through creative and financially sound strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term partnerships and expanding revenue opportunities.
- Understand clients' business objectives, marketing budgets, target audiences, and goals to acquire new business opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings with clients, providing prompt follow-up and support for ideas.
- Work with colleagues to develop comprehensive marketing plans tailored to each client's needs and budget.
- Brief creative and campaign operation teams to produce effective, targeted proposals.
- Present ideas and conclusions to clients.
- Expand business with existing clients.
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Perform administrative tasks such as quotations, payments, and delivery follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign success, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Achieve project revenue and profit targets.
Qualifications
Requirements
- At least 3 years of project management experience in creative, advertising, design, or marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Business English and fluent Japanese.
- Ability to use web analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Passion for the evolving digital landscape and willingness to acquire new knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Workspace, especially spreadsheets.
- Experience in building small to medium websites and defining system requirements.
