Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control and close)
• Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Liaise with, and facilitate communication between, project stakeholders (internal and external) concerning project details and deliverables
• Provide project updates to the Steering Committee on a regular basis
• Manage projects from initial concept through final implementation
• Assign responsibilities, identify resources, and develop schedules for timely completion
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and deliverables, utilizing industry best practices
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance for improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, especially in ICT
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of ICT systems, software development, or networks is an advantage
