Project Manager (Interior fit out renovation) (ID : 669793)

Plan, execute, and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Manage and coordinate all aspects of carpentry, MEP, and steel work activities on-site.

Interpret and review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans.

Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and manage expectations.

Oversee procurement of materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Implement strong cost control measures, track project expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.

Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in interior fit-out, carpentry, M&E, and steel works.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to use CAD and/or SketchUp software is a bonus.

Working Conditions:

Office and on-site work environment.

Travel and Relocation:

Ability to travel to Singapore and/or overseas for projects. Willing to relocate for overseas projects for 3 months or longer.
