Project Manager (Interior Fit-Out & Defects)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage, monitor and supervise interior fit-out, renovation and defect rectification works.
• To check and ensure work is done up to the required standard.
• To attend to project meetings and all site issues.
• To liaise with vendors, service providers and suppliers.
• Perform routine inspection and follow up tightly on defects.
• To prepare weekly defect reports.
• Act as liaison between sales, leasing, customer service department and homeowners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture/Construction Management or an equivalent field.
• 5 years of related working experience in ID fit out/renovation industry.
• Meticulous with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in interior fit out, renovation and building defects.
• Hands-on commitment in ensuring the job gets done.
