Qualifications

  • Leitung und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Innenarchitektur für verschiedene Branchen.
  • Vorbereitung von Ausschreibungen und Budgetschätzungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem QS.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, plan, coordinate, and execute projects in interior design fit-out works for Retail, F&B, Theme parks, and Museums industries.
  2. Prepare tender submissions, including budgeting estimates in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor (QS).
  3. Work closely with the Construction team and internal members on all project aspects, including liaising with clients, consultants, landlords, and briefing and negotiating with subcontractors and vendors.
  4. Manage and supervise projects to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, budgets, and schedules.
  5. Develop and manage project schedules, report on project status, and take necessary actions to meet deadlines, addressing delays, emergencies, and issues as they arise.
  6. Control costs to adhere to budgets and implement value engineering when necessary.
  7. Attend regular site meetings and conduct inspections.

Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, or Interior Design.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the interior design and fit-out industry, managing sales, marketing, and project management for retail, commercial, corporate offices, galleries, museums, and theme parks.
  3. Ability to read CAD drawings.
  4. Ability to work under dynamic conditions and stress.
  5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Willing to travel for short assignments of 3-6 months.
  8. Relevant experience in interior design and fit-out projects is an advantage.
  9. Candidates with less experience may be considered for an executive position.
