• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektmanager in der Innenarchitektur oder Bauindustrie.
• Starke Kenntnisse in Budgetmanagement und Risikominderung.

Responsibilities

About the role

Arterior Design Studio (M) Sdn. Bhd., a leading interior design firm based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our exciting interior design projects. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of our design initiatives, from concept to execution.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver interior design projects on time and within budget

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

Develop and implement project plans, ensuring the smooth progression of design, procurement, and installation phases

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to the senior management team

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and client requirements

Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into practical, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solutions

Lead and mentor junior members of the project team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry

Strong understanding of project management principles, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

Proficient in using project management software and tools, such as Gantt charts, BIM, and CAD applications

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and deliver high-quality results

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Certification in project management, such as PMP or Prince2, is preferred
