Qualifications

Job description

Lead the overall responsibility for the success of all projects from design concept to completion, working with key partners, managing budgets, project planning and implementation, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance, and project delivery.

Ability to lead a team of project members, coach and advise team members towards achieving goals, meeting schedules, and resolving technical or operational issues.

Responsible for managing client expectations, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.

Participate in tender preparation and ensure accurate project estimation.

Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on project costing, progress claims, budgeting, and resource planning, including preparing cost comparison charts and cost recommendations.

Ensure tenders are awarded on time according to the approved master work program, including coordination of tender process, documentation, analysis, and reporting.

Prepare internal project timelines and construction schedules, monitor and report on project activities, and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and productivity rates.

Verify work completion, finalize subcontractor invoices, and advise management on payment approvals.

Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality, time, and budget requirements to ensure smooth project execution.

Undertake other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably experience in the Interior Design industry.
  • Own transportation and willingness to travel as required.
