Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in the insurance industry and proven success in managing AI or automation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, underwriting, or delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Proven track record in managing AI or automation projects, preferably within financial services.
• Solid understanding of underwriting principles, risk scoring models, and Malaysian regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.

We are currently partnering with a leading multinational insurance client based in Kuala Lumpur to recruit a Project Manager for a high-impact initiative. The selected candidate will lead the development and deployment of a next-generation AI-powered underwriting platform.
