Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-rise construction to oversee and manage assigned projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing high-rise building projects and must be willing to relocate to the project site as required by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.
2. Lead project teams, including consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
3. Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and resource allocation plans.
4. Manage contractual, commercial, and technical aspects of the project, including claims and variation orders.
5. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
6. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Conduct regular site inspections and chair project meetings to ensure timely resolution of site issues.
8. Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to the project team to foster teamwork and high performance.
9. Ensure effective cost control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-rise building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
3. Proven track record in delivering projects valued above RM50 million.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Familiar with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
6. Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations, ISO standards, and safety compliance.
7. Willingness to relocate to any assigned project site within Malaysia.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

1. Possession of CIDB, OSHA, or related certifications.
2. Professional Engineer (P. Eng) registration is an added advantage.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, or other construction-related software.
