We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager - ID Fit-Out Work to join our talented team at Syarikat Lian Ping Enterprise Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of ID fit-out projects in the Kuala Lumpur area.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage, monitor, and supervise projects on site.
• Plan projects, implement strategies, and monitor progress.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of projects.
• Monitor site work performance and coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Implement proper safe work methods and ensure compliance with Safety & Health Guidelines.
• Coordinate with main contractors and sub-contractors, and oversee work progress.
• Attend project meetings and resolve site issues.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ID fit-out or renovation industry.
• Proven expertise in managing ID fit-out projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
