Project Manager HR Innovation Lab - Projects (ServiceNow HRSD)
Your Responsibilities
- Dedicated Expert in the discipline of HR Data, Processes & Tools to support the elaboration & implementation of an organization-wide HR process landscape (policies & procedures), and to handle different HR IT projects in order to progress the HR Digitalisation and Innovation Roadmap.
- Plan, prepare and manage certain HRIT projects (such as perform data analysis and reporting) - focus on ServiceNow HRSD
- Product Co-Ownership for the HR Journey & Employee Experience platform (ServiceNow HRSD)
- Ensure the ServiceNow HRSD platform meets business needs and drives HR service delivery improvements. Continuously develop and enhance the platform in response to evolving business requirements, lessons learned, and best practices. Regularly evaluate the platform's performance and implement updates to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Develop, Implement, and Manage SSC Operations. Standardize SSC processes for consistent service delivery. Coordinate HR service transitions to minimize disruption. Implement and manage technology solutions to enhance operations. Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Efficiently manage SSC budget and resources.
- Monitor, Evaluate, and Improve SSC Performance
- Regularly assess SSC performance to identify improvements. Train and develop SSC staff for high-quality service delivery. Facilitate communication between SSC and HR teams for alignment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Consistently evaluate quality of implemented projects
- Work on new global HR-IT systems implementation according to HR(-IT) strategy under intensive collaboration with IT
- Manage project team, project resources, project related tasks and project budget
- Collaboration with stakeholders and team members (external vendors and other key stakeholders)
- Support the Head of HR Innovation Lab CoE on performing his/her (strategic) CoE duties
Your Profile
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resources, business administration or related field
- 7-9 years of HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation. Ideally extensive previous experience with ServiceNow HRSD product ownership
- Very strong Change and Project Management skills
- Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
- Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
- Understanding of IT systems landscape
- Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
- Fluent English communication proficiency both verbal and written
- Close collaboration with HR BPs (Group function & BUs), local HR, Business and business project leads and with other functions, especially IT, Legal
