Responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementation, monitoring, and control of projects to ensure

completion within time, cost, and required quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure that all Quality Management System procedures are implemented at site.
2. Plan, supervise, and monitor the progress of the project, including cost control and have a full understanding of the project needs.
3. Coordinate resource allocation for the project.
4. Attend meetings with the consultants, authorities, and customers.
5. Initiate and verify corrective actions as and when deemed necessary.
6. Serve as a member of the Management Review Committee, as and when appointed.
7. Maintain staff discipline at site.
8. Report to supervisor on pre-mix interval.
9. Chair the site meeting, sub-contractors meeting, and act as the Chairman for the Site Safety Committee.
10. Liaise with the Planning Department to prepare the program of works and project cash flow.
11. Check and review all method statements and all work instructions before submission to the consultant.
12. Carry out other job assignments as and when assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
2. More than 5 years related working experience.
3. Experience in engineering design construction, supervision, and project management related activities.
4. Able to liaise closely with clients, authorities, and consultants.
