Job description

Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring Its smooth execution and adherence to agile principles.
• Coach the team on agile values to enhance collaboration and efficiency in project deliverables.
• Work closely with the Product Owner in prioritizing features effectively, aligning development efforts with business goals.
• Collaborate with product, support, and UX teams to create seamless and intuitive experiences, simplifying the integration of diverse applications.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to enable different teams to work effectively towards achieving project milestones successfully.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Business Development team in the budget preparation and monitoring process, ensuring financial alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes between multiple stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with project objectives.

Role Requirement

• A degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a relevant field preferred.
• First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM l).
• Excellent communication skills and servant leadership skills.
• Experience in people and project management.
• Understanding and familiarity with the software development process.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
