Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of fit-out projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project alignment.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the design and installation of MEP systems, office finishes, and process utilities in compliance with GMP, ISO, or semiconductor standards.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure all works comply with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 14644, GMP, FM Global) and internal QA/QC protocols.
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure proper handover upon completion.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in fit-out projects for semiconductor or advanced manufacturing facilities.
  • Proven track record in delivering office fit-out projects.
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and international standards.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, BIM).
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
