Reports to: Project Director/Construction Manager

Location: Singapore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead and manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver facade projects that meet client expectations.

Job Scope:

• Manage and coordinate facade design, procurement, and installation processes
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and construction quality
• Conduct site visits and monitor facade installation works
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and claims
• Facilitate project close-out and warranty activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facade project management, preferably in Singapore
• Strong understanding of facade design, materials, and installation methods
• Proven track record of managing facade projects from inception to completion
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Knowledge of local building regulations and codes, including Singapore Building Code
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and facade design software
• Knowledge of lean construction principles and practices
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
