Project Manager (Experienced in Air Con & Mechanical Ventilation) Urgent Hiring!

Salary: RM8,000 – RM12,000 (Based on Experience)

K Elite Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Project Manager to oversee our ACMV works in Senai, Johor. This is a 1-year contract position suitable for someone with extensive engineering experience in ACMV systems and strong leadership in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) projects from planning to completion
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Conduct site and technical meetings; resolve engineering and site issues
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of solid engineering experience in ACMV systems
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with hands-on site supervision experience
• Effective communication skills for technical discussions and meetings
• Organized, responsible, and solution-driven
