Position Overview
The Project Executive manages event projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a passionate individual with strong multitasking abilities and a keen interest in event management. The Project Executive will coordinate various elements of event planning and execution, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful events.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Planning, Launch and Registration:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to successfully launch the event online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan & execute marketing activities to meet registration targets.
- Client Management:
- Build good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor event plans accordingly.
- Provide expertise, and advice to clients and manage clients’ expectations.
- Event Execution:
- Oversee on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Address any issues that arise during events promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Budget Management:
- Monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in invoicing clients post-event.
- Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct debriefings with clients and internal teams to assess event success and areas for improvement. Compile comprehensive reports detailing event outcomes and client feedback.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in event planning or project management, with a proven track record of managing events independently.
