Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project management plans and supporting documentation to align with project goals and resource requirements
Manage and coordinate staff input and scope of work, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
Lead engineering design teams when engineering consultancy services are required by the client
Define project scope for concept studies, hazard and risk assessments, and feasibility studies
Review and verify all technical deliverables submitted to the client to ensure accuracy and compliance
Provide regular updates on site progress, technical findings, and key developments
Attend and represent the company in project meetings conducted by the client
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
Registered with BEM or BOG
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering and/or engineering geology with a strong background in construction and project management
Proven experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience in geological mapping, geotechnical investigations, and geohazard risk assessments
