PROJECT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL, TNB GRID)

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power Systems.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in electrical infrastructure projects.

Direct experience in TNB grid development works is highly preferred.

Must be someone who takes charge - not a passenger, but a driver.

Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with TNB standards, authority procedures, and safety compliance.

Able to start work immediately or with short notice.

Job Descriptions:

Lead the full cycle of project execution from planning to completion.

Drive site progress, team performance, and ensure timelines and quality are met.

Coordinate with TNB, consultants, contractors, and vendors effectively.

Troubleshoot site issues promptly and proactively.

Maintain accurate reporting, site documentation, and authority liaison.

Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
