Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Power Electrical).
At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have good experience in handling power substation is an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to supervise team of engineering to carry out task.
Analytical and able to carry out task independently with minimum supervision.
Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
Self motivated person with strong leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge in applicable legal and environment, safety & health requirements and practices.
Computer literate and familiar with Ms. Office.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To establish and implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the ESH management system.
To fulfill the company's contractual obligation to the client.
To plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and control project operations & engineering and guide Project Engineer under his supervision.
To plan, coordinate, and monitor sub contractor's activity at project sites periodically.
To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices at all times.
To ensure all works are in accordance with customers' engineering standards and specifications are complied on assigned or individual projects.
To review and monitor site work progress periodically and arrange resources as and when required based on the criticality of the project.
To ensure inspection and testing are adhered to according to clients' requirements.
To prepare progressive invoices to clients.
Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
To ensure that applicable environmental, safety and health legislative, regulatory environmental, safety and health practices are followed at the workplace.
To monitor, control and improve QESH performance at project site.
