Job description

The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is led by A*STAR, Ministry of Health (MOH) Singapore, SingHealth, National Healthcare Group (NHG), and National University Health System (NUHS). DHA supports innovators in driving adoption and scaling of market ready or near-market ready digital health solutions. DHA is hosted by Singapore's Diagnostics Development Hub (DxD Hub).

DHA Project Managers lead adoption and scaling projects, and lead multi-party, multi-disciplinary teams comprising of companies and healthcare systems to drive implementation and adoption of innovative digital health solutions with the objective of achieving and quantifying health and financial impact.

DHA Project Managers have outstanding project management skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for using Software to help patients and clinicians achieve better outcomes.

Description:

  • Lead digital health adoption and scaling projects across multiple parties. (start-ups and innovators, hospital systems, and A*STAR).
  • Work with Hospital Project Managers to define Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Lead execution and technical risk identification and mitigation.
  • Convene DHA, DxD Hub and ecosystem enablers to deliver project objectives.
  • Understand stakeholder priorities and dynamics; provide periodic project progress updates.
  • Lead development of project agreements, procurement specifications and technical documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • More than 8 years' experience deploying software solutions in Singapore PHIs.
  • Knowledge in ISO 13485 / 62304 Standards.
  • Good understanding of applicable medical device regulations.
  • Good understanding of cyber security requirements.
  • Good understanding of Integration and workflow requirements.
  • More than 10 years of Healthcare Digital Solutions deployment experience.
  • Knowledge of HCIT interoperability and integration standards. (e.g. DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
  • Knowledge in Tiered technical, communication and Security architecture.
  • Knowledge of privacy standards (e.g. PDPA, HIPAA) and requirements.
