Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Job Scope:

Develop comprehensive project programs and schedules

Oversee project progress, quality, safety, and cost control in accordance with engineering contracts

Strategically allocate production resources to enhance efficiency and support profitability goals

Review and verify project completion documentation for accuracy, compliance, and financial settlement

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management, specifically in data center MEP and HVAC systems

Skilled in project scheduling, testing, and commissioning

Familiarity with large-scale IDC project management

Knowledge of BMS and EPMS systems for smart dynamic environments is a plus
