Project Manager (Contract – Steel Structure for Data Center Project)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale Steel Structure Project for a Data Center, covering both factory production and on-site installation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall steel structure project, from planning to completion.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower planning, and site arrangements.
• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progress meets project targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients for project alignment.
• Review and interpret AutoCAD and structural drawings.
• Monitor subcontractor factories for fabrication progress and quality control.
• Oversee logistics and transportation of steel components to site.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain complete project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ISO standards throughout the project.

Requirements

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in steel structure or civil construction project management.
• Experience working on data center or industrial building projects is preferred.
• Able to read AutoCAD drawings and coordinate design or site changes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based at site full-time and travel to subcontractor factories.
• Committed to completing the full 15-month contract.
