Job Description:

  1. Organize project activities at site to ensure quality work.
  2. To organize and coordinate the work of subcontractors and staff.
  3. Ensure inspection of work is carried out to ensure quality work.
  4. Ensure the material, equipment, machinery & tools are available for daily work.
  5. Ensure the progress of work completion as per schedule.
  6. Check and resolve discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings and other information required pertaining to the construction detail.
  7. Undertake any tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidates possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  2. Candidates without similar qualifications but with related working experience will be considered.
  3. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in building construction.
  4. Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
