We are a Developer Builder with an in-house construction arm seeking an experienced Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering high-quality projects. Our project management team comprises high-level construction professionals working in a positive environment. Dedication and commitment are essential for this role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
2. Monitor daily site work progress of subcontractors to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
3. Ensure quality workmanship by contractors, meeting high construction standards and proper techniques.
4. Coordinate with appointed consultants to ensure smooth project initiation and progress.
5. Attend all project-related meetings, monitor work quality, progress, safety, and compliance with authorities.
6. Coordinate with the consultants' team on-site regarding technical aspects and project matters.
7. Review drawings carefully, resolve discrepancies promptly, and ensure smooth execution.
8. Manage projects during the vacant possession and defect liability periods.
9. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements: Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

1. Engineering degree or equivalent with a strong proven track record.
2. Minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within building construction or infrastructure.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Experience managing authorities and technical departments.
5. Committed to completing projects with excellence, reliability, and technical strength.
6. Location: Batu Pahat, Johor.
