A leading company in security technology seeks a Project Manager for CCTV and related installations. You will oversee projects from scope establishment to on-site activities, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, project management experience, and a valid driving license.
1. Establish project scope, budgets, deliverables, and develop detailed work schedules with proper resource allocation.
2. Assign tasks to technicians, manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
3. Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making necessary adjustments.
4. Oversee on-site installation activities, conduct quality assurance checks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and required documentation.
5. Ensure all projects comply with regulations and standards, including the required documentation such as risk assessments, method statements, permits to work, site reports, and installation checklists.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably with knowledge of project management software.
3. Proven experience in managing installations of CCTV, access control, intercom systems, barriers/gates, IoT systems, and ability to interpret wiring diagrams, system schematics and technical documentation.
4. Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites and Singapore headquarters as required.
