A leading asset servicing firm in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex projects from initiation to closure. Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large-scale and complex projects of strategic importance to CACEIS Group and Country. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning deliverables with business strategy, and driving measurable improvements across global teams in a “Follow the Sun” model. The role covers end-to-end project management from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
  2. Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  3. Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
  4. Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
  5. Drive organizational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
  6. Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
  7. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
