Company Background
We are representing our client; a proud subsidiary under a prestigious conglomerate in Laos that has been around for almost 50 years. As they continue to expand with the newly established subsidiary in investment holding, they are seeking a Project Manager to join the team.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing status updates and addressing challenges proactively.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Monitor and track project performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change management records.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, and budget utilization.
- Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement practices for future projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, IT, finance, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

- One-way moving allowance of RM 1,000.
- Working Visa cost to be borne by employer.
- Annual leave - 15 days.

- Insurance - Up to USD 10,000 (IPD).

- Working hours 8:00 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday).
