Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for automation equipment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure customer requirements and industry standards are fully integrated into project workflows.

Provide guidance and mentorship to project engineers, focusing on improving their project management capabilities.

Standardize and promote best practices in automation equipment project management across TG.

Lead the strategic implementation of the Technology Development improvement plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Support Business Development activities.

Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with the Technology Development's vision and strategic objectives.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project teams, implementing regular post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Any ad hoc project as assigned by Head of Company.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in automation equipment or industrial engineering.

Strong background in managing automation equipment projects, including experience with PLC & PC systems, robotics, and industrial automation technologies.

Experience in the medical device industry or implementing medical-grade compliance processes (ISO 13485 or similar) is a plus.

Proven track record of coaching and mentoring engineering teams, with strong leadership and people management skills.

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar qualifications is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
