Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of renovation projects in a dynamic environment. This role involves meticulous planning, organizing, and scheduling to ensure projects meet cost, quality, and timeline objectives. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of renovation experience in Interior Fit-Out in Malls.

Job description

Plan, organize, schedule and set up systematic and defined site and sequential job planning for the smooth execution of projects to achieve cost, quality, timelines and product objectives.

Check all contracts, drawings and specifications and ensure all discrepancies in drawings be identified and resolved with consultants/sub-contractors prior to job implementation.

Manage all site workers and sub-contractor schedules, performance/daily tasks.

Conduct meetings such as project kick-off meeting, monthly site meetings, project team meetings, sub-contractors’ meetings, etc.

Prepare and submit monthly/regular project progress reports.

Ensure good quality control practice, safety, health and occupational policy on all site.

Interact with internal departments and individuals to facilitate the smooth running of the project.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Building/Construction or equivalent.

Preferably 5 years of renovation experience in Interior Fit-Out in Malls.

Experienced in managing large-scale supermarket projects will be an added advantage.

Familiar and able to efficiently operate software such as AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
