• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the industrial automation sector.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and industrial communication protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience with major automation platforms (e.g. Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
• Lead and manage industrial automation projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee control and instrumentation aspects, including PLC systems, SCADA integration, and field instrumentation selection.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement, and installation personnel, to achieve project goals.
