About the role

Technolgent Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
• Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors, to drive project progress
• Identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing effective strategies to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to key stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with construction software, such as project management and scheduling tools
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
