The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager (App Development) to join our team. This person will be the key bridge between strategy and execution—translating product objectives into clear, actionable steps, and ensuring timely delivery across our cross-functional team.

This is not a checklist or task-ticking role. We’re looking for someone who’s great with people, deeply process-minded, and fluent in the language of product and development.

You’ll work closely with our Product Owner, UI/UX Lead, and dev team to translate requirements into tight user stories, troubleshoot blockers, manage timelines and escalations, and proactively improve workflows. If you love keeping things moving without losing the human touch, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Story & Delivery Bridge
2. Write clear, structured, and insight-rich user stories that developers want to work from
3. Facilitate alignment across product, content, UX, and engineering teams
4. Drive clarity—ensure devs and designers understand not just what we're building, but why

1. Project & Workflow Management
2. Own the day-to-day management of ClickUp (or similar) boards to track tasks, blockers, and progress
3. Set timelines, raise flags early, manage escalations, and keep delivery on track
4. Identify friction points and proactively suggest process or workflow improvements

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
2. Work hand-in-hand with developers to break down complex builds into feasible sprints
3. Collaborate with the UI/UX and QA leads to coordinate sequencing and handoffs smoothly

Experience & Skills

• 2–4 years in a project management or junior product role in a digital product environment
• Proven experience writing clear, actionable user stories
• Strong familiarity with project management tools (esp. ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to keep teams aligned and delivery-focused
• Experience working with dev teams on cross-platform app projects
• Bonus: experience working on content-driven or behavioral health tech products
