The Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and tracking activities to ensure the successful execution of projects. He/She identifies and resolves project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures, while also recommending measures to prevent recurrence. This position coordinates deployments and implementations, facilitating activities to ensure programs and projects are implemented successfully and meet established deadlines.

Job Description:

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope.

Support in AI enabled projects, driving timely communication with clients and team members.

Ensure that project specifications and procedures are properly followed on all projects involved.

Ensure the quality of company service and deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and supports QA team when needed.

Provide support to the global team and ensure full adherence tocompany procedures, account-established processes and business goals.

Help the team to detect any gaps or areas of improvement in existing procedures and suggest viable solutions to establish new procedures or optimize the existing ones as needed.

Work closely with clients, meeting their requirements and handling on quality issues.

Manage the team to ensure quality and timely delivery and ensure continuous improvement.

Work with recruitment team to acquire for resources.

Consolidation and validation for billing and payment.

Bachelor's degreein Project Management, Business Management, IT, Computer Science or related field of study.

At least 2 years' experience supporting project management or co-ordination.

Proven experiences in managing team.

PMP certified is added advantage.

Strong analytical and customer management skills.

Ability to work in a global environment with different working cultures.

Able to work in fast paced and challenging environment.

Self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work to meet all deadlines.

Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.
