We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of projects. This individual will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing schedules, mitigating risks, and ensuring that project deliverables meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project execution from initiation to completion.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout the project.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and progress to relevant stakeholders regularly.
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the timely resolution of challenges during the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver results while fostering collaboration.
- Allocate resources efficiently and monitor team performance to meet project goals.
- Budget & Timeline Management:
- Monitor expenditures and ensure projects stay within approved budgets.
- Adjust timelines and resources as needed to keep projects on schedule.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews and update plans accordingly.
- Project Closure:
- Oversee project close-out, ensuring completion of all tasks and deliverables.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Proven success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
