Your Duties:

1. Managing the successful delivery of installations (public health, ventilation, low temperature hot water/chilled water, and air conditioning systems)
2. Working on commercial projects valued between £500k - £1.5m
3. Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
4. Overseeing staff, including subcontractors

Your Experience:

• Experience managing projects with a technical background in plumbing/pipe fitting
• Experience working in the commercial/retail space on projects of varying sizes and values
• Experience managing subcontractors and employees throughout projects
• Ability to commute to Basildon
