- Responsible for project development & implementation assigned by Management. Collaborate with the Marketing Department as necessary.
- Oversee project operations and ensure completion within set timelines and approved budgets through effective monitoring and coordination with consultants and contractors.
- Chair and lead site meetings and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with the consultants’ team to resolve technical issues related to assigned projects.
- Review and coordinate with the consultant team on tender/construction drawings and detailed designs, presenting them to management for approval.
- Lead the site supervision team to ensure all construction work adheres to the latest approved drawings and good engineering practices.
- Coordinate between consultants and contractors to resolve site and technical issues, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Monitor authority approvals throughout project development and implementation phases.
- Work closely with the consultant team on CCC application and approval processes.
- Take the lead on the HOVP process, especially on defect rectification within the required timeframe.
- Manage multiple projects when necessary.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in property development, project management, or construction.
- Dynamic, problem-solving personality capable of working independently and under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and lead teams.
- Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills, capable of leading consultants and staff.
- Proven active reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
