Responsibilities

• Responsible for building project teams, delegating individual tasks, and determining the necessary resources.
• Utilizing the DePict Methodology to strategize and synchronize all tasks among various operational and functional units for projects within the organization.
• Ensure projects meet the goals set forth in the Project Charter.
• Developing project plans, addressing and resolving any issues that arise, managing scope, updating stakeholders on project advancements, and fostering relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and manage risks in ensuring project success.
• Lead Operational Process Improvement initiatives on existing contracts.
• Aid in the accomplishment of objectives outlined in the Country's growth strategy.
