Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le développement immobilier en Malaisie recherche un Project Manager senior pour travailler sur des projets de développement mixte complexes. Ce rôle implique la supervision de l'ensemble du processus de construction, garantissant la conformité aux normes élevées de qualité tout en respectant les budgets et les échéances. Le candidat doit avoir une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets de grande envergure, avec une approche axée sur la coordination et le leadership efficace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13 ans d'expérience avec un développeur immobilier, sur des projets de grande hauteur.
• Connaissance du cycle de développement complet et des processus de coordination avec les autorités.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression et avec intégrité.

Responsibilities

• Obtenir toutes les approbations pertinentes pour les projets de construction.
• Superviser la progression des travaux de construction en accord avec les contrats.
• Assurer que les projets sont terminés dans le budget et les délais impartis.

Job description

• To obtain all relevant approvals for the construction of the projects including layout plan, earthworks, infrastructure works, building plan approval and all other relevant approvals including the issuance of certificate of fitness and/or certificate of completion and compliance.
• To coordinate with consultants during conceptual design, design development and tender stage and to ensure that all drawings are prepared within stipulated time frame for submission to the relevant authorities and calling tender.
• To contribute towards and see to the finalization of designs and materials proposed by consultants and contractors for the projects.
• To oversee and monitor the progress of building construction works to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of the specifications, quality and time of completion.
• To ensure that construction works are completed with minimum defects and have achieved desired standard quality of workmanship.
• To ensure that projects are completed within budget and stipulated timeframe.
• To contribute ideas towards achieving marketable and better product.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
• Must have minimum of 13 years working with Property Developer, experience involved in mixed development projects which consist of high rise building of at least 60 floors height and above
• Sound knowledge of civil, structural, quantity surveying and architectural works
• Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team and coordinate with internal contract department and consultants
• Ability to coordinate with relevant government authorities for the required approvals and permits / licenses
• Must have construction management experience
• With experience in full development cycle
• Experience in ISO, IBS, Q-LLASIC and CONQUAS system
• Able to work under pressure
• Discipline, integrity and committed
• Willing to work in Putrajaya or Puchong
