Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of product samples, mock-ups, and materials to project sites.

Ensure all projects stay within deadlines and propose adjustments as needed.

Compliance and Quality

Adhere to safety, quality, and legal standards throughout project execution.

Maintain accurate project records and provide reports to management as required.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in project management within the kitchen cabinet or interior design industry.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
