Job Responsibility
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience MANAGING interior fit-out or renovation projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent project management tools.
Job Requirements
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work programs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and motivate project team members, including site supervisors and coordinators.
- Monitor costs, variations, and progress claims with Contract and Finance teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
