Job Responsibility

  • Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 yearsâ experience MANAGING interior fit-out or renovation projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent project management tools.

Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and work programs.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage and motivate project team members, including site supervisors and coordinators.
  • Monitor costs, variations, and progress claims with Contract and Finance teams.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company SOPs.
