Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve overall performance
• Prepare and monitor the sales department budget and approve expenditures
• Support product development with feedback from customers and market trends
• Establish sales and revenue quotas and monitor the performance of sales staff
• Provide onsite customer servicing and next project information planning
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues with products or customer service

About you

• At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales management or related industry
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Chinese (Speaking & Writing) is required
• Strong business development and negotiation skills, particularly in B2B industrial sales
• Strategic thinker, disciplined, innovative, and strong team player
• Familiar with automotive sales processes
