JOB SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end delivery of high-priority projects related to Product Development. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and oversight to ensure that projects meet their objectives, are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager is expected to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the Project Manager provides leadership in project governance, reporting, and team development, while promoting innovation and process improvement across project lifecycles.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Project Planning and Management

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Manage project resources effectively, including team members, tools, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, frameworks, and organizational standards.

2.Project Execution and Delivery

• Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.

3.Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key issues to stakeholders and senior management

4.Governance and Reporting

• Plan, execute, monitor, and address improvement initiatives effectively.
• Establish project governance structures, including defining roles, responsibilities, and approval processes.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions.
• Monitor and track project performance against KPIs and success criteria.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen
• Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level
• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Finance or another related field
• At least 10 years’ experience in the followings:

i- project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.

ii - experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget.

iii - familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
