Overall planning, implementing, coordinating, overseeing, supervising, managing and scheduling of project, making sure projects are started and completed on time, and within budget, resource allocation, project accounting and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsible for project planning, cost management, time management, quality management, contract administration, and safety management.
Identify trades and execute works in sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality together with team members from Architecture, M&E works, Safety, and Logistics (on plant and machineries, and temporary works) as per the construction drawings, contract, and quality requirements.
Support the coordination and work with team members to ensure the success of projects. Liaise and coordinate with authorities for site inspection and approval.
Liaise with Sub-Contractors, Clients, Consultants, Governmental & Statutory Bodies to ensure the awarded construction work received by the Company is completed on time and complies with requirements as per the Contract with Clients and statutory regulations.
Attend Client & Consultant meetings on behalf of the Company.
Prepare project forecast budget, margin, and variations.
Plan, implement, and monitor the weekly program to ensure the project timeline is under control.
Manage sub-contractors in all site-related jobs, meeting schedule deadlines and within budget. Study, highlight, and resolve any discrepancies of drawings and specifications.
Resolve any site problems that may arise. Implement an appropriate and effective project or program management framework.
Monitor construction projects to ensure that procedures, materials, and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications, and samples, owner standards, and quality.
Take leadership in resolving construction-related issues and mitigate potential risks at sites.
Prepare reports/updates on project activities and other relevant reports for site progress, variations, and appropriate recommendations and actions on a periodic basis.
Ensure sites are fully compliant with local building and safety regulations.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the management team from time to time in order to maintain flexibility in the overall planning, implementing, coordinating, overseeing, supervising, managing and scheduling of projects.
Responsible for overseeing the site operation for all projects.
Perform any other duties as directed by Management as necessary.

QUALIFICATION
Have at least 3-5 years of experience in civil structure and engineering or a related field.
Knowledge in architecture will be an added advantage.
