About the role

As Project Manager at GSEVEN SAFETY LOCKERS SDN. BHD., you will oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position involves managing project planning, execution, and completion to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on track.
2. Coordinate and oversee work of cross-functional teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Ensure projects adhere to regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
5. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and manage expectations.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions.
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management team members.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, security, or M&E industries.
• Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent project management skills, including developing and managing detailed plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
• Own transport and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English, Chinese, and Malay.
