Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for architectural and interior design planning, construction scheduling.
2. Manage and monitor all assigned projects from design to execution, ensuring compliance with standards, time, and budget constraints.
3. Oversee project execution to meet objectives and goals.
4. Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion, including coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress monitoring.
5. Liaise with authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation and quality.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to review progress and performance.
7. Organize progress meetings with stakeholders to review project status and inform management of issues.
8. Manage changes and escalate potential issues impacting schedules and objectives.

Requirements:

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, construction, project management, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years' project management experience in building or interior construction projects.
3. Preferably experience in architecture or interior design, with basic knowledge of construction & services (C&S) and mechanical & electrical (M&E).
4. Knowledge of the construction development lifecycle.
5. Strong planning, organizational, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proven track record in delivering large-scale construction projects.
7. Strong management skills for dealing with external stakeholders.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
9. Leadership skills in managing project teams, motivating, delegating, and making timely decisions.
10. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomatic skills.
