Project Manager

Plan and coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project feasibility and cash flow management.

Obtain necessary approvals and oversee submissions to authorities.

Manage contractor selection, payments, and project budgets.

Monitor site progress, technical issues, workmanship quality, and timely completion.

Ensure CCC approvals, defect rectifications, and infrastructure handovers.

Oversee property management setup before JMB formation.

Provide regular project updates and reports.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, or any related fields.

Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in property development and construction.

Willing to travel to Johor Bahru and Ipoh.

Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
