Job description

The Project Manager for CoherentPlus and Ampersand Pay (“CPlus and APSB”) will be responsible for overseeing and managing various business projects from inception to completion, while also providing strategic support to the Project Management Office of CoherentPlus and Ampersand Pay. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong outcome driven personality and ability to challenge status quo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, business analysis, and team leadership, as well as experience in similar role.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support: Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, offering insights and data-driven recommendations to support high-impact business decisions.

Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of transformation initiatives for CPlus and APSB, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while enhancing operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

Business Analysis: Perform comprehensive business analyses to uncover opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and strategic alignment.

Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage cross-functional project teams to promote clear communication, accountability, and collaboration.

Change Management: Champion change initiatives to support the adoption of new systems, processes, and cultural shifts. Cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

Stakeholder Management: Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-departmental teams.

Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Performance Monitoring: Utilize appropriate tools and metrics to monitor project performance and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.

Budget Management: Prepare, track, and manage project budgets to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources.

Process Improvement: Evaluate existing project management methodologies and implement enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Operational Efficiency: Optimize internal operations by streamlining processes and executing strategic administrative functions, including the preparation of materials for board and management meetings.

Communication: Act as a central point of communication between executive leadership and other departments to ensure alignment, transparency, and seamless information flow.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, business analysis, define and draft user requirements and executive-level support.

Prior experience in the payment solutions industry is highly desirable.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a strong track record in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in utilizing project management tools and software to drive project execution and reporting.

Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and consistently meet tight deadlines.

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
