Project Manager – Plumbing is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of plumbing projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all plumbing work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, local codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities :

Plan and manage all phases of plumbing projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, site supervisors, and subcontractors.

Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure proper execution.

Monitor on-site progress and ensure work meets quality standards and safety regulations.

Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.

Prepare project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and cost tracking.

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, standards, and environmental regulations.

Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.

Requirements :

Proven experience in plumbing project management.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and regulations.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

Relevant certifications or a degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred.
