Job description

Our client is a global hospitality design and concept firm that assists clients in planning, developing, and implementing successful F&B venues. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager with experience in Architecture and Interior Design.

Job Function:

1. Leading project teams consisting of Principal Consultants and Designers.
2. Carrying out internal design reviews, coordinating with project consultants (Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Engineers), and clients.
3. Managing deliverables submission schedules.

Job Scope:

• Effectively managing and monitoring project deliverables schedules.
• Communicating and coordinating with the project team (Architects, MEP & C&S Consultants, Clients) daily.
• Attending project consultants meetings (online or in person) and liaising with architects, M/E consultants, owners' representatives, and other parties to ensure project success.
• Auditing and reviewing internal design documentation such as drawings and documents.
• Managing project teams including designers, principal consultants, and administrative staff to fulfill project mandates.
• Preparing and submitting meeting minutes, reports, and presentations to clients and the project team, covering design progress, discrepancies, and coordination issues.
• Liaising with the Accounts Manager regarding invoice issuance for completed deliverables and following up on payments.
• Managing business trips per client agreements and maintaining passport validity.
• Carrying out tender evaluation exercises.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in design consultancy firms, especially with international clients.
• Experience in Design, Project Management, or Construction companies, with knowledge in MEP, Architectural, Civil & Structural, or Interior Design consultancy.
• Leadership experience (Project Manager or Project Director) is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and mature thinking abilities.
• High sense of ownership and commitment.
• Team-oriented and personable.
• Ability to work under demanding deadlines.
• Good organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel internationally; a valid passport is mandatory.
• Knowledge of MEP services (Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, HVAC) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Architectural, Civil & Structural, Interior Design is an advantage.

Education:

• Strong background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) disciplines.
• Additional relevant qualifications are a plus.
